For cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in, a full refund will be issued.  For cancellations made 7 to 13 days before check-in, a 50% refund will be issued. 

Guests shall use the premises in a careful and lawful manner and agree that the host is entitled to charge the guest for the repair cost of any damage made to the premises or its furnishings. 

Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. They shall not create noise or other disturbances likely to annoy the surrounding property owners.

Guests agree to abide by the house rules: No smoking, vaping or use of e-cigarettes inside the cottage. Pets to be picked up after and attended to at all times. No events or parties. Quiet hours between 11 pm. and 8 am.
